Cheese made with raw goat’s milk with an edible and yellowish rind. Semi-hard and brittle, presenting small holes (mechanical eyes), evenly distributed. Intense aroma, refined and persistent flavour with hints of nuts. Slightly picant to the taste.

Intense aroma, refined and persistent flavour with hints of nuts. Slightly picant to the taste.

Optimal conservation in a cool and dry place, with a recommended temperature of about 10ºC. In order to serve it, it is recommended to bring it to room temperature of about 20ºC and cut into not very thick slices.
