Soft pasteurized sheep milk cheese,with a thin mouldy rind produced with Penicilium.A creamy but compact consistency sprinkled with black truffle. A delicate and surprising combination of flavours. Its elaboration is inspired by the traditional recipe of the Italian region of Tuscany, which came to Extremadura from the hands of the transhumant shepherds.

We have added the exquisite italian black truffle, which makes Pastura a more delicious cheese if possible. Its white and tender mold rind maintains a delicate creamy but compact consistency, sprinkled with pieces of truffle. Its flavours are different and distinct, achieving a cheese with a round and unique flavour.On the palate there is a contrast between the sweet flavours of the cheese, the earthy aroma of the rind and the delicate flavour of the truffle.
