Torta del Casar of soft consistency made with raw sheep’s milk, vegetable rennet and salt. Cheese with a light, thin crust and creamy consistency, slightly yellowish in colour. Slightly bitter and slightly salty with an intense aroma.

A smooth and very particular flavour. Somewhat acidic with an explosion of herbal flavours and a refined bitter aftertaste.
