Cheese made with raw goat’s milk and covered with extra virgin olive oil. Without rind and whose outer covering is edible. Semi-soft and creamy, being able to present evenly distributed small holes (mechanical eyes).

Optimum conservation in a cool and dry place, at a recommended temperature of 10ºC. In order to serve, it is recommended to bring to room temperature of about 20ºC and cut into not very thick slices.

Vacuum packed covered in extra virgin olive oil.
