Cheese made with pasteurized goat's milk. Edible cinnamon cover, semi-soft and creamy texture. Smooth aroma with milky and fermented notes.
Store in a cool and dry place, at a recommended temperature of about 10ºC. When serving, bring to about 20ºC and cut into thin slices.
