Ivory white in colour and with a whitish or slightly yellowish rind,enhancing the different colours of the small pieces of boletus. Characteristic aroma mainly of goat's milk with an intense and strong flavour ,characterized by the present of boletus mushrooms, very pleasant to the taste. It presents small, irregularly shaped and well distributed eyes.A delicatessen product, Ideal for cheese boards and culinary uses, both cold (green salads and varied dishes with rice, pasta, etc ...), and hot (gratins, pizzas, sandwiches, ...).
